Unlike traditional counselling that often delves into the past or therapy that uses different methods such as CBT, coaching meets your child where they are TODAY. Of course we may need to look back but with a forward-focused mindset, it is all about empowering young people to soar ahead!
Through engaging activities on large sheets of paper or being creative in different ways, we're diving deep into feelings and thoughts, setting small but impactful goals each week. I’ll equip your child or teen with the tools they need to thrive and embrace a growth mindset!

WHY COACHING?
Coaching is forward focused. The focus is on meeting the child where they are right now and together looking at where they would like to be. Incorporating emotional leverage to enable the child to move forward and developing self awareness, creating momentum, improving performance and setting goals, which may be very small steps but can all support a young person's mental health and wellbeing to grow.
Early intervention is key, the earlier we address mental health challenges in children and teens, the better the outcomes! That's where mental health coaching comes in. By providing support and guidance at a young age, we can equip young people with the tools they need to navigate life's ups and downs with resilience and confidence. As a mental health coach I'm passionate about fostering emotional well-being from the start. Through tailored strategies and compassionate listening, I empower young minds to understand their emotions and develop healthy coping skills.
